Conditions of Entry

1. Information regarding how to enter, how to claim and details of prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of entry. The basis for this competition is for participants to enter by emailing their contact details to competition@moisturemist.co.nz.
2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Participants of any age may enter the competition. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
   
3. You may only enter this competition by providing your name and contact details to competition@moisturemist.co.nz. Entries are only eligible if received before the Promotion Period ends.
4. Promotional start and finish dates. The competition will run from 12.00am Monday 12 July 2010 through to 11.59pm, Saturday 31 July 2010. Entries received after the end date and time will not be eligible for entry. The total of 10 winners will be selected.
   
5. Each winner will receive one Moisture Mist Stick Foundation valued at $35.
6. How to Enter. Participants must email their contact details to competition@moisturemist.co.nz.
7. Winners of all the Prizes during the Competition will be notified as soon as practicable by direct contact to their mobile phone number. If the winner has not listed their number they will be contacted via email. A minimum of three attempts to contact the winner will be made over a two-day period. If the winner is not contactable then the prize will be awarded to the consumer who was chosen second. This will be repeated if that consumer is also not contactable.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person’s further participation in this promotion, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the game, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acting in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The promoter and or its selected partners may also market directly to the consumer by way of email. To opt out of any marketing reply via email to info@moisturemist.co.nz.
10. In the event the Promoter is unable to contact any prize winner, despite making reasonable efforts to do so, then another winner will be drawn. All entries received during the Promotion Period which have not won prizes will be entered in this draw and the first valid entry drawn will win the re-drawn prize.
11. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash.
12. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with Shiseido New Zealand’s Privacy Policy.
13. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
15. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s email database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.
